Die Aufnahmen zu "Hexhammaren" fanden mit Fredrik Nordström im Studio Fredman statt. Auch über das Album als Ganzes haben MARTYRDÖD etwas zu vermelden: “The album came out really strong. We tried to just let loose and not get distracted with details. The recording was straight up raw and sincere with fast takes and improvised solos.“
