"Survival Of The Sickest" wurde von BLOODBATH produziert und von Lawrence Mackrory in den Rorysound Studios koproduziert und gemischt.

Für Gastbeiträge gaben sich Barney Greenway (Napalm Death), Luc Lemay (Gorguts) und Marc Grewe (Morgoth) die Ehre.

Den neuen Song kommentiert die Band folgendermaßen: "One man's struggle to rid the World of Zombie Infestation that seems to have inconveniently taken over the planet. Particularly, as he's just refueled his 1969 Dodge Super Bee 440."
